What exactly am I buying?
A digital download — no physical book is shipped. Most KidEdu books are printable PDFs; a few are editable Canva templates. Each product page states the exact format before you buy.
How do I receive my files?
Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through, your download links appear on the confirmation page and we email them to you as well. Links stay valid for 30 days.
How many times can I print?
As many as you like. Buy once and reprint whenever you need a fresh copy — for car trips, rainy afternoons or a classroom of one.
What ages are your books for?
We design for children aged 2 to 10. Every product page shows its recommended age range, so you can match the book to your child's stage.
What do I need to print them?
Any standard home or office printer works. Plain paper is fine; heavier paper and color printing simply make the pages sturdier and brighter.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are normally non-refundable, but we stand behind our 30-day happiness guarantee: if a book isn't right for you, email hello@kidedu.store within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Purchases are for personal use: print for your own kids as often as you like, but you can't resell, redistribute or publish the files. The full details are in our Terms of Service.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details — only your email and the items you bought, so we can deliver your downloads.
