1. Our products

We sell digital, printable files (PDFs and similar). No physical goods are shipped. You are responsible for having the software and a printer needed to view and print the files.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and we make the download available to you.

3. Licence & permitted use

• On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print the files for your own family or classroom use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the files, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
• We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual-property rights in the files.

4. Delivery

Downloads are delivered digitally, normally immediately after purchase, via a download link and/or email.

5. Refunds

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, statutory cancellation rights may not apply once the download has started. That said, we stand behind our 30-day happiness guarantee: if something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
